Paper Lovin'

Recently, I had the pleasure to photograph the lovely little Park Slope paper store known as Paper Love. The store couldn't be brighter; the products couldn't be better. Park Slope is full of fantastic local businesses and this is certainly one of them. 

Now if you will excuse me, I need go write a hand-written letter or two...

Bread Alone

My Valentine's day was fabulously lazy. It included a trip to the Farmer's Market, some time at the library, and a walk in the park. And when I spotted this bread--locally made from a bakery called 'Bread Alone'--I couldn't help but snatch it up. The heart won me over! It was crisp, fresh, delicious, and something you don't often expect from bread... cute!

Brighten Up

My postings lately have been few and far between... yet there is a reason for it all. I am in the middle of moving to a new apartment and that has (quickly!) taken over my life. 

But in the vein of a new place, I thought I would showcase my new space: here is a little arrangement on my desk, which is nestled right by the window and is as cozy as can be. The flowers (thanks to mon petit ami!) really make this little spot interesting and dynamic. 

Now if only I could get him to bring me flowers every week...
